Cela fait bientot deux ans que j'habite dans mon appartement. Le service de Tourbee à toujours été efficace et l' appartement est beau et en bon état. Je tiens à souligner le travail de Diaa Khalifeh qui malgrès avoir énormement de résponsabilité avec d'autres appartements et locataires à toujours réglé mes problèmes au plus vite. Non seulement Diaa est efficace mais il est aussi très aimable et comprehensif et n'hesitera pas à se déplacer au moindre soucis !

Belle expérience avec tourbee, le manager est très ponctuel et a répondu à toutes nos questions et nos demandes le tout de façon très rapide. Il s'est occupé de tout en ce qui concerne les documents tout en indiquant toutes les informations essentielles. Je recommande !

L'appartement est propre et moderne. Cependant, il y a un sérieux problème avec l'administration de cette entreprise. Vous recevez une confirmation par courriel mais la compagnie continue de louer le même appartement pour les mêmes dates à un prix nettement supérieur. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de documents (par. ex., les conditions de location, la politique de remboursement). La personne qui devait nous faire visiter n'était pas au rendez-vous. Malgré deux textos de confirmation, nous avons dû appeler la compagnie pour savoir que la personne avait oublié le rendez-vous. Attention au bruit à venir : il y aura très bientôt un studio d'enregistrement juste en dessous des appartements sur le Boulevard Saint-Laurent. Nous avons parlé avec l'entrepreneur des travaux. Tourbee inc. n'est plus enregistrée (elle a été radiée) dans le registre des entreprises du Québec.

Worst company I've ever rented a place from.

I got my property stolen at Boulevard Saint Laurent which is one of this shady company Rentals, they are doing everything in their power to not pay me for my damages when clearly their host is liable for the losses, they would rather go to court! Stay AWAY from this company, you've been warned.

BEWARE this property management company is run by careless, unprofessional and rude employees.

Upon arrival, when we asked for the entirety of the address, all that was provided was the apartment number and street name. There was zero check in instructions and the floor, as well as the unit number was not provided.

We booked an air bnb through this company and there were multiple issues from day 1 until the day we left. They were extremely unresponsive about all of the issues we were experiencing with the apartment.

Upon arrival, AC in the unit was not working for 6 days while there was a heatwave in Montreal. They told me AC will only work with a remote which was completely false info and the AC could’ve been fixed immediately if they had cared to send a maintenance guy or just explained how to use the AC properly to us.

Before arrival, we asked Tourbee if the building had amenities. They had told me there was 0 amenities. We later discovered the building had pools, terraces, bbqs, and gym.

The freezer and washing machine were both unusable for half our stay. We asked multiple times to have them fixed as half the reason we booked this accommodation was to have a washing machine and a freezer. Tourbee would send maintenance guys who didn’t speak English or French and would show up between the hours we specifically requested them not to, such as when we were not in the apartment or sleeping.

After waiting several days for these appliances to be fixed, we were told that these appliances will take days if not weeks to fix so if we want to stay in the apartment, we are accepting these terms and conditions. Otherwise we were told we could leave and find other accommodation which we did not want to do last minute in the middle of high season. They have zero regard and do not care about their guests stay in their apartment.

Anytime we had any issues, it would take them days to respond and weeks to show up to even look at what the issue even was. Things that could’ve been fixed within 20 minutes took an entire month.

We had asked them for a second key since there was 2 of us staying there. They never ended up giving us a second fob and it took them 2 weeks to get us a second key for our door.

BEWARE Do not use this company! I attempted to book a stay with this company through Airbnb for a reasonable price under the host name Hayley. I was contacted an hour later by the company (first by phone then by Airbnb messaging). They messaged saying that the property was no longer owned and managed by them (property is still on their website and under host name Hayley on Airbnb) and that my stay would have to be cancelled and that they would send me more options to choose from. Out of good faith I cancelled my Airbnb stay. They never sent me any other options for my stay. I went back to look weeks later and they had relisted this property for 4-5 times the price! They had flat out lied to me, and had me cancel my trip just so they could get more money. When I confronted the host on Airbnb they ignored my messages.
We have all the receipts to prove this. It would be nice if Airbnb showed in advance that this company was in charge of the listing as I would stay far far away from these people and there horrible business practices. Clearly we are not the only ones this has happened to as there are multiple other reviews with similar actions. We were compensated a very small amount by Airbnb and these people were not penalized at all which is ridiculous.
