I called to check the status of a product if it were in stock. The fella I talked to on the phone was super friendly and patient. He took the time to ensure the product was in stock and was empathetic with the Canada Post strike and how it may affect my shipping. In place an order for the Chopper T pickup and within a half an hour, it was sent to UPS for shipping. Now that’s service. I got the pickup to me today (next day). All seems good with it. I’m having it installed by my guitar tech as we speak.

BEST SERVICE!!!! Ordered a guitar from this company yesterday and it arrived by UPS today. The Customer Service is outstanding and made it very easy to complete the purchase. They (Anne) removed and discarded an original 70s potentiometer on my 1974 Gibson SG Custom, didn't inform me and wouldn't let me in the store to even look the guitar over when it was ready for pickup. Take your instruments elsewhere.

Edit: I have the signed document confirming they did infact work on it. This is gaslighting in a public forum on someone who trusted them with a several thousand dollar instrument. They refused me entry to the store on grounds of Covid-19, they slipped my guitar through the door without letting me even examine it before shutting the door on me in -15'c temperature.

There are many other places to repair your instrument in Toronto, do not take it to these people who have an oral history of stealing components off instruments.

They say all I need to do is phone them, but they feign ignorance and tell me to come into the shop and go upstairs to speak with the guitar techs who have likely resold my POT on Reverb.

I paid almost $4000 for my instrument in ORIGINAL condition, and 12th Fret not only broke the stem on my Potentiometer while repairing the instrument, they discarded it and gaslight me by saying they haven't worked on the instrument, while I have their physical signature on a work order that DOES NOT say they can remove and keep my items.

Do not leave your prized instruments with these folks, they do not take care of them.
