La pire imobilière du monde.
Ils nous ont délivré un logement complètement sale, avec infestation de coquerelles, portes brisées.
On a dû faire exaustivement des demandes pour nettoyage (qui n'a jamais été de qualité) et pour l'extermination avant que l'entreprise fasse de quoi.
Un gros manque de respect.

On a dû nettoyer l'app au complet puis vivre ailleur pendant tout le mois de décembre avant de pouvoir y habiter à cause des coquerelles. Mais l'immobilière a chargé le pris du mois de décembre au complet, nous ont pas donné de rabais. Leur excuse : on a solicité l'exterminateur pour vous...

Je vous donne la photo de nos collocataire pendant tout le mois de décembre : les adultes et les bébés coquerelles. À chaque jour de décembre on allait à l'app, après nos travails, pour le nettoyer, enlever les corps de coquerelles mortes par l'extermination et tuer celles qui étaient encore vivantes...

L'exterminateur est allé le 11 décembre puis à cause du poison en forme de poudre et de la quantité massive de coquerelles qui est sortie du nid pour le mangé, ça a été impossible d'y habité pendant encore 2 semaines.

Mais on a tout payé pour décembre

I was a tenant of a property they managed for 1 lease year in Outremont. They were extremely difficult to communicate with and get direct answers from. Often, you are shuffled from one person to the next to get repairs done or get answers about tax forms, and each seems to be confused about the questions in their own way. Apartments are kept in livable but deteriorating conditions, and any non-essential repairs are put off. Repairs that are approved are done sloppily and cheaply. Unclear if they understand that it is in their best interest to invest in properties so as to save money down the line.

I truly think the 5 star reviews are fake.

The management has been responsive to my emails, which I appreciate. However, there are serious issues regarding the condition of the property that have yet to be addressed.

Pest Infestation: From the moment I moved in, I noticed a severe cockroach infestation. These pests are present throughout the apartment, including in the kitchen, on my food, clothing, and in the bathroom. This presents a serious health hazard. Despite notifying management promptly, no action has been taken to address this urgent issue.
Unclean Premises: Upon moving in, the apartment was in an unsanitary condition. There was dust, dirt, and food remnants left behind, clearly indicating that no cleaning had been performed prior to my occupancy.
Water Leak: There is a significant leak in the bathroom ceiling that causes flooding every few days. Although someone was sent to inspect the issue, no repairs have been made, and the leak continues.
As a tenant, I expect the property to be maintained in a safe and habitable condition. These issues pose health and safety risks that should be addressed immediately. If these concerns cannot be rectified in a timely manner, it is the landlord's responsibility to either fix the problems or provide alternative accommodation until the issues are resolved.
